Our goal in Human Resources is to attract, develop, motivate and retain a highly talented, qualified and service oriented employee workforce, while keeping in line with Las Virgenes Municipal Water District’s motto:

 Human Resources implements and maintains a central personnel system for the District, providing guidance and support to all departments for recruitment, selection, classification/salary structures, employee benefits, employee relations, employee training, labor negotiations, performance evaluation, employee development, safety and other personnel programs and processes.

Human Resources is a division of the Finance & Administration Department and strives to provide excellent service to both current and future employees.
