Facility Tours
The Las Virgenes - Triunfo Joint Powers Authority (JPA) offers free tours to the public for an opportunity to learn about everything that goes into providing safe, clean water while also protecting our fragile watershed. Participants can choose between our wastewater plant, Tapia Water Reclamation Facility, and the Pure Water Demonstration Facility.

LVMWD, and our JPA partner Triunfo Water & Sanitation District, are thrilled to announce the return of the Quarterly Wastewater Tour on Saturday, July 20 from 9am - 1:00pm. Attendees get an inside look into the essential processes and infrastructure that maintain the health & quality of our community's environment, including a look at the new project set to bring us a local source of water by 2028.
