What's Being Done

This is a relatively small-scale project and most work will take place inside the Filtration Plant. There will be some occasional external work on the building and in the area of the storage tank.

Timeframe

Once the project is underway in April, work is expected to continue through February 2017. Normal work hours will be Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Large deliveries will be scheduled between 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with the exception of small concrete deliveries.

What To Expect

There will be some additional vehicles accessing the reservoir site during the project; these will include construction workers and deliveries. There may be occasional construction noise when work must be performed outdoors. Workers will park at the reservoir site. Vehicles will not be stored on Torchwood or on Three Springs Dr.
