Recycled Water Reservoir #2 is located on the LVMWD campus at 4232 Las Virgenes Rd. in Calabasas.

This open reservoir is an important component for distributing recycled water throughout the Las Virgenes – Triunfo JPA service area.

This project will  clean and remove accumulated debris from the reservoir, install a liner over the reservoir’s earthen sides, improve piping and drainage and perform grading work at the reservoir site.

(Updated June 5, 2015) To help with protecting the quality of the recycled water, we loaded the reservoir with shade balls.  This video is the first load.

(Updated March 31, 2015) The recycled water reservoir has returned to full service.  The contractor is completing ancillary work at the site.

 (Updated March 24, 2015)
The recycled water reservoir has been relined and the sediment removed.

On March 23, LVMWD Board members were present to observe the initial flow of recycled water into the refurbished reservoir.
