Virtual Landscape Classes 

LVMWD customers are invited to attend Green Garden Group’s (G3) online classes. Registration is FREE for LVMWD customers! Weekly topics include garden design, turf removal, rainwater capture, and irrigation basics.

In-Person Workshops

LVMWD’s workshop series is offered twice per year, in the spring and fall, and pulls in industry experts as instructors. The workshops featured aim to provide property owners with the knowledge and resources required to take on a variety of projects including landscape transformation and  maintain a sustainable, California-friendly garden.

Wastewater Quarterly Tour July 20 9am - 1pm

LVMWD, and our JPA partner Triunfo Water & Sanitation District, are thrilled to announce the return of the Quarterly Wastewater Tour on Saturday, July 20 from 9am - 1:00pm.

Attendees get an inside look into the essential processes and infrastructure that maintain the health & quality of our community's environment, including a look at the new project set to bring us a local source of water by 2028.

The morning will consist of tours of: 

  • Tapia Water Reclamation Facility
  • Rancho Las Virgenes Composting Facility
  • Pure Water Demonstration Facility 

Of course – we wouldn’t ask you to spend a few hours with us without providing food, so a light breakfast and full lunch will be provided! We will also provide transportation in between facilities.
